Firm founder and president Denise Furubotten has represented thousands of clients throughout California since 1996, including A-list Hollywood celebrities, world-class athletes, and individuals navigating complex multi-million dollar marital estates. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, routinely appointed by courts to represent children and adults in need, and respected by judges and colleagues throughout California.
Her career has spanned personal injury, civil and business litigation, criminal law, and trust and estate planning — a breadth that gives her an analytical depth most family law attorneys simply do not possess. She now concentrates her practice exclusively on family law.
Denise is a California native, has been married for more than 30 years, and is the mother of four children. Her personal experience informs her empathetic and practical approach to every client matter.
