The Lamoreaux Justice Center houses Orange County Superior Court's family law, probate, and civil departments. The family law clerk's office is where you file divorce petitions, responses, requests for order, and all other family law documents. Parking and Access at the Lamoreaux Justice Center
Paid parking is available in the parking structure adjacent to the courthouse on The City Drive. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled hearing time to allow for parking, security screening, and finding the correct courtroom. Security screening at the entrance requires you to remove belts, keys, and electronics. Do not bring prohibited items including weapons, food or drink, or recording devices.
Filing Documents at the Family Law Clerk's Office
